Register for the 14th Annual Step Up for Colleen 5K
Pre-race Warm Up: 8:10 – 8:40 a.m.
Opening Ceremony: 8:45 a.m.
Race Start: 9 a.m.
When registering, you can register as an individual, a member of a team, or a virtual registrant.
The first 3,000 registrants will receive a t-shirt.
Registration fees are $30 through Pi Day, March 14th. $40 through April 29th and will increase to $45 for April 30th – May 2nd.
Individual: You should register as an individual if you will not be a member of a team. You can register yourself and your family as individuals at the same time. You will be responsible for picking up your race packets. For general registration questions, please email register@colleenritzer.org.
Teams: A team must consist of 10 or more people. The team captain should register first and set up the team. The team captain will be responsible for picking up and distributing the race packets to all members of their team. In addition to the t-shirt, teams of 10 or more will receive complimentary gift. If you have questions regarding the teams please email Tracy at teams@colleenritzer.org. Important: If you are part of a team, your team captain will distribute your packet, they will not be at packet pickup. Note: Team registration closes Monday, April 19th.
Virtual Registration: If you do not live in the area, or cannot participate in person, you can register as a virtual registrant. We will mail you a t-shirt so you can walk at your convenience. Virtual registration closed April 15th.

PRE-RACE AND RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP & REGISTRATION
Cormier Youth Center
40 Whittier Court, Andover, MA
(The Youth Center is located behind Doherty Middle School; please follow our signage.)
Friday, April 30th: 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday, May 1st: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Sunday, May 2rd: 7 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
Race registration will remain open online until 8:45 race morning. Please register online, either before you come, or when you arrive using your phone, (we will have QR codes available) and your bib number will be assigned. You can then pick up your bib and shirt (if available). We request that everyone pay via credit card, however, if that is not possible, we will accept cash, but we will not have any change so you must have exact change. We will also accept checks, made payable to Colleen E. Ritzer Memorial Fund, Inc. Registration fee will increase to $45 on April 30th. All registrants must pick up their packets by 8:45 a.m. on race day so that our volunteers can enjoy the race.
(Parking is available in the adjacent lot on pre-race days but not on race day. You may pick up packets for family and friends.)
TEAM PICKUP
If you registered as an official team, the team captain will pick up your packet. You should reach out to your team captain if you have questions. Tracy will contact all team captains and make arrangements with them for pickup time and location.
RACE TIME
Opening ceremonies begin promptly at 8:45 a.m. at the gazebo in the park with a 9 a.m. race start at Central Park on Bartlet St. in Andover, MA. The race will use a pulse start to allow racers to disperse along the route with less congestion. Those with strollers or dogs will be placed near the back.
RACE DAY PARKING
Public parking lots are located at the corner of Park St. and Bartlet St. and on Main St. between Punchard St. and Chestnut St, behind the library on Essex St. and off of Chestnut Court. There is also on-street parking, where noted.
