Courtney is currently working at West Elementary School in Andover, MA as a special education assistant in the Bridge Program. In this position, Courtney has the opportunity to work one-on-one with autistic children and watch them succeed. In addition to working as an assistant, she also works at West’s Kids Care after school, where she has been able to further connect with the students throughout the school.
